Problem: This organisation had a training programme to enhance innovation in social enterprises. They needed an engaging custom tool that they could sell along with the training for end-users to practice the skills they learned.

Solution:  Designed and created a low code game app to enable end users to practice various skills of innovation.

The app was developed using an iterative agile approach to rapidly test small pieces of the game before enhancing and improving the app.

Problem: The existing birthday alarm was tedious to maintain and had ads sent as part of the mails. This team wanted a simple solution to send out reminders. This solution needed an extremely simple, low tech interface for the admin to update the reminders and who needed to receive them.

Solution: Developed a script to send out reminders before each birthday. The interface was simplified so that an admin with low tech awareness could maintain and update the reminders easily.

Problem: This team had an excellent tool to train Emotional Quotient. However, the tool was paper based and difficult to track progress over time.

Solution: Developed an app that enabled individuals to train their Emotional Quotient. Simple analytics and reports helped the individuals track progress over time.
